Privacy Policy

This page explains what personal information SAT with Majd collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. SAT with Majd provides Digital SAT preparation for students in Lebanon.

Information we collect

When you register for a free trial or a course, contact us, or message us on WhatsApp, we may collect:

  • First and last name
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • The SAT course you select
  • Your target SAT date
  • How you heard about us, and any referral information you provide
  • Messages you send us through WhatsApp

If you take the free diagnostic exam and submit your results, we also receive your answers and scores so we can review them with you. If you submit a school or partnership enquiry, we receive the details you enter in that form.

You choose what to share with us. Some details, such as a way to contact you, are needed for us to process a registration.

How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Process free-trial and course registrations
  • Communicate with students and parents
  • Send session information, reminders and course-related messages
  • Manage enrollment and provide customer support
  • Improve our service

WhatsApp communications

We use WhatsApp to communicate with students and parents. WhatsApp communications may be processed through Meta’s WhatsApp Business Platform. Meta may process data according to its own policies, which you can read in WhatsApp’s Privacy Policy.

Services that help us run the website

Registration and diagnostic forms on this website are delivered to us by email through a third-party form service (Web3Forms). The website also uses the Meta Pixel, which may collect information about your visit (such as pages viewed and whether a registration was submitted) to help us measure our advertising. Meta processes this information according to its own policies.

The diagnostic exam saves your progress in your own browser so you can continue where you left off. This information stays on your device unless you submit your results.

We do not sell your information

SAT with Majd does not sell your personal information.

Data retention

We keep your information only for as long as it is needed for the purposes described above, such as while you are enrolled or in contact with us about our courses. When it is no longer needed, we delete it, unless we need to keep it to meet a legal obligation.

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your information and limit access to it. No method of storing or sending information over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your rights and choices

You can ask us to:

  • Tell you what personal information we hold about you
  • Correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete
  • Delete your personal information
  • Stop sending you reminders or course-related messages

If a student is under 18, a parent or guardian can also contact us about the student’s information.

Requesting deletion

To ask us to delete your information, email majd@satwithmajd.com from the email address you registered with, or tell us the name and phone number you used. We will confirm once your request has been handled.

Information that Meta or other third-party services hold under their own policies may need to be managed directly with them.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
